Try Before You Buy! 3D Animation Taster Day in London on Wednesday 2 December

Not everyone is sure if 3D Animation is right for them, so why not try it out first?  If you are in the London area on Wednesday 2 December, I'll be doing a one-off "taster day" for 3D animation at Escape Studios.

I'm hosting a one-day class to introduce students to the key tools for 3D animation, and get to grips with some cool character and creature animation. The day costs £25, and is bookable through the Escape Studios website. It's gonna be awesome!

What's this all about?
This one-day taster course lets you get an introduction to the art of 3D Animation as well as explore what it’s like to work as a professional animator.

When and where is it happening?

How much does the day cost?
£25.00. And this is refundable if you book onto a course at Escape Studios.

They do! Lunch and coffee is free!

What will you learn?
Working with Autodesk Maya (and maybe a little Photoshop), you’ll get a hands-on introduction to 3D Animation techniques. We'll be doing some cool stuff in the classroom, and by the end of the day you will have your very own piece of animation uploaded to YouTube, hopefully something you can be proud of.

Who is teaching it?
I am. I have worked on over 25 animated feature films, from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" to "Lion King", The Iron Giant, Chronicles of Narnia and Harry Potter.   You can see some of my work below.
