2016 Escape Studios VFX Festival - Tickets Now On Sale

Tickets are now on sale for the 2016 Escape Studios VFX Festival. The Festival takes place in London from February 23rd - 25th next year, and brings you the latest in VFX, games, animation and motion graphics.

This year the speakers include MPC - talking about their work on The Martian, and The Mill talking about augmented - and virtual - reality.

We recommend that any of our students who are in the London area should come along and find out the latest in animation, Games and VFX.


What's it all About?
The VFX Festival 2016 is spread over three days of events.

Day One
Tuesday 23rd February 2016
Day One welcomes newcomers to the world of animation, games and visual effects. VFX Specialists The Mill will be presenting on the subject of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and the Google ATAP Project, with Hamilton & Kidd providing a supporting feature presentation on Virtual Reality and 360 technologies.

Day Two
Wednesday 24th February 2016
Day Two is all about the enthusiasts.  MPC will be speaking about their work on The Martian, and Rushes will be discussing their Motion Graphics work on the new James Bond film Spectre.

Day Three
Thursday 25th February 2016
The final day sees professionals from all over the world come together and share their experiences and the lessons they have learned. There is a chance to discuss career opportunities with industry experts from Framestore, Cinesite, MPC and others.

How much does it cost?
Tickets are £40 for the day; £70 for two days.
But book early - tickets to last year's festival sold out fast.
