Dave Novis took the Escape Studios animation short course last summer, which also included access to the course materials at Animation Apprentice, and online support at our Facebook Classroom. Dave has just joined Escape Studios as an animation studio assistant this week, helping to support students learning 3D animation in Maya.
Dave is an excellent animator who combines a thorough understanding of Maya and the 3D animation tools with a great sense of entertainment and comic timing.
Becoming a studio assistant at Escape is a great way to start off a career in animation and VFX - their studio assistants all move on to careers in industry. We congratulate Dave on his new job!
