For all our students and graduates with an idea for an animated TV or web series, Cartoon Forum is the place to pitch it.
The deadline to submit your series project this year is in May. So, there is plenty of time to sharpen your pencils, fill out some forms - and make your pitch perfect.
Cartoon Forum is a European pitching and co-production event for TV animation. It includes 850 participants from 35 countries, including 250 buyers.
800 Series Financed
Cartoon Forum has successfully resulted in over 800 series financed for a budget of €2.8 billion since its creation in 1990.
Cartoon Forum is officially bi-lingual. Everyone has headsets, and translators will translate your English language pitch into French. Of course, it helps to parler un peu Franglais, but that's just good manners.
Where and When
Cartoon Forum takes place from 20-23 September 2021 in Toulouse, France.
When is the deadline?

Animators are storytellers
Here at Animation Apprentice we encourage all our students to pitch ideas for animation, for TV series, for movies - anything that gets you thinking about the creative side of animation.
Becoming an animator is not just about learning your craft, it's about thinking, creating - coming up with ideas. Who knows? Your idea could be the next Peppa Pig, Bob The Builder, or Teletubbies.
