Marc Godfrey Joins Animation Apprentice!

Marc Godfrey
Marc Godfrey is a very talented animator who was one of the first students to sign up for our course at Animation Apprentice back in 2012.

Marc is currently an animator at Blue Zoo Animation, one of the UK's leading animation studios, having worked on a number of their projects including some of their excellent short films, made in-house as part of their creative development.

Marc recently worked on this excellent short film by Blue Zoo animation, one of the UK's best indie animation houses and a studio that takes seriously the business of keeping its creative juices flowing.   One of the ways they do this is by making short films, involving their staff creatively and ensuring that their work is experimental, fun and interesting.

To read about how Marc kick-started his career in the animation industry, read this interview.  And to find out more about Blue Zoo, see this post. Blue Zoo are responsible for many TV series including Blue Cow and Those Scurvy Rascals, and also played a leading role in securing the recent tax credits from HMRC which have been a huge boost to UK animation in the past year.

We're excited to bring Marc on board, helping to give our students a fresh perspective on their work.

You can see his website and demo reel here.
